Normal wear is to be expected. New crystals, crowns, gaskets, deep nicks, dents, and watches bracelet stretching may also be repaired calypso or replaced at an additional charge.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply watches return them to us within 10 days for a prompt and courteous replacement, exchange or refund, whichever calypso you prefer. We do not refund shipping/insurance watches charges. New watches and special orders are not returnable unless defective calypso and watches in workmanship.
